Before activation
If a payment is submitted but the listing or subscription has not yet been activated, Dereva may review refund requests where payment was duplicated, sent in error, or could not be matched correctly.
After activation
Once a driver profile, employer profile, job post, or lorry listing has been activated and made visible on the marketplace, the fee is generally treated as used and non-refundable.
Subscription renewals
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewals should be reviewed carefully before payment. If you believe a renewal was processed incorrectly, contact support quickly so the Dereva team can review it.
