Valid documents
Any uploaded license, national ID, PSV status, and supporting certificates should be valid and belong to the account holder.
Professional conduct
Drivers should communicate respectfully, arrive prepared, and represent themselves honestly when engaging with employers through Dereva.
Visibility and payment
Free setup lets drivers prepare the profile first. Normal Listing at KES 200 or Featured Listing at KES 500 keeps a completed profile visible in public search for the active month.
